Pisa Airport Buses
There is an excellent bus network from Pisa Airport which provides easy access to the main Tuscan cities including Florence (Firenze), Sienna , Lucca, Viareggio, Livorno as well as to the city centre and railway station.
The bus stops are located just outside the Arrivals area.

Buses from Pisa Airport to the City Centre
The Compagnia Pisana Trasporti (CPT) operates a regular bus service from Pisa Airport to the City Centre every 10 minutes.
The route from the airport is: Pisa Central Station, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, Riversides (4 stops) and Santa Chiara Hospital. The route crosses the River Arno over the Ponte Solferino and arrives at the Field of Miracles (which is 5 minutes from the Santa Chiara Hospital stop) where the the worldfamous Leaning Tower of Pisa is situated.
From Monday to Saturday the first bus from the airport departs at 06:00 and the last bus is at midnight.
On Sundays and Bank Holidays the first bus is at 07:25 and the last one is again at midnight.
From the city centre the first and last buses are 05:58 and 23:59 Monday to Saturday and 07:23 and 23:59 on Sundays and public holidays.
The journey time is about 10 minutes and single ticket costs €0.95 and is valid for one hour for use on the entire city network. You can purchase tickets from the information office in the airport terminal or the automatic ticket machine at the bus terminus.

Buses from Pisa Airport to Florence
There is a coach transfer service managed by Terravision which departs daily from Pisa Airport to Florence SM Novella station.
Tickets can be purchased at the airport information desk and prices are as follows:

The main bus stops on the way from Pisa Airport to Lucca are: Pisa Airport - Pisa city centre - S.Giuliano - S.Maria del Giudice or Ripafratta - Lucca (P.le Verdi)
And to Pietrssanta: Airport - Pisa's city centre - Migliarino - Torre del Lago- Viareggio - Lido di Camaiore - Pietrasanta
